It’s getting hot here in Cucamonga, CA so I’m going to higher elevations in Taos, NM. Besides I can only stand Ca for so long. Then I was grateful to see AZ state line and 30% cheaper gas.I didn’t like all the “hippy” artsy-craftsy crap in Taos so I went down to Rincon, Roswell, and Alamagordo with a couple of days in a state park, Sumner Lake.Sumner Dam OutletTraveling west through mountains, I stopped at a roadside shop for some local chili’s. Local flavor ha ha!The idea of a huge homeless camp, sub-par to Quartzite, AZ intrigued me so I went to Slab City, CA to see what it was all about. Then a close-up of their desolation. Then it got chilly and I stopped in Coachella, CA and found free parking behind a bar ha ha. ()
